Shadow Teacher Training
Who is a Shadow Teacher?
- Is an educational paraprofessional.
- Works directly with young students who have learning differences to improve their classroom experience.
- Works with students in preschool or elementary school and understands childhood development, behaviour management techniques and the schoolwork of their student's grade level.
- Works with only one student and accompany that student to each of their classes throughout the day to ensure the student gets the attention they need to succeed.
Eligibility criteria to become a Shadow Teacher?
- Speaking, Reading and Writing English.
- 12th Pass from any Board.
How 12th pass students can benefit?
All Schools are in dire need of Shadow Teachers.
Placements?
We will assist you in your placements.
Salary?
Starting Salary – 2.4 lac per Annum
Benefits?
- Number of working days – Monday to Friday.
- Work Timings – School timings (8am to 3pm)
- Other Benefit – Shadow Teacher also get holiday on the days mentioned in the Holiday
